If we are not achieving something, it is because
we have not put our minds to it. We create what we want.

I am here to show you can maximise performance and
improve your well being.

To be a successful Economics student you need to develop
two modes of learning; student mode – a mode where you
are curious to investigate and organise and an exam mode
a mode where you are confident to track and create your own
tools.

How can I achieve an A* grade whilst working part time,
applying to go to university or an apprenticeship or feeling panicky or anxious?

Instead of time and money wasted on text books containing
out of date case studies, subscribe to Happynomics.co. You’ll
get proven tools and strategies from students who have
achieved an A* in Economics, experts in the health industry and me, Neelam Patel.

Neelam Patel A level economics tutor

Happynomics.co was founded by Neelam Patel. Neelam is an outstanding teacher and mentor of 16-18 year olds.

After completing a degree in History, Politics and Economics at Royal Holloway, University of London and later, a post compulsory PGCE at the Instutitue of Education (IOE) Neelam has worked at several colleges across London and has taught over 1,000 students. She has also helped students complete UCAS, apprenticeship or job applications and has offered careers advice.

At the age of 26 she was already a Head of Department at an inner London college and was singled out in the college’s OFSTED inspection as having a ‘good range of well-planned activities that ensure learners are interested, participate well and make good progress’. Her unique marking strategy was highlighted as ‘helpful feedback that supports learners to improve.’

Now, Neelam wants to share her experience and knowledge to a wider community of students and help them unlock their true potential by building their confidence and self- esteem. She is currently an examiner for Edexcel Paper 2 – Macroeconomics (2015 specification) and is ready to share examination tips.

Happy Faces of Happy Students

According to the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) on average across OECD countries, 71% of students select schools whose principals reported that teachers value the social and emotional development of their
students as much as their students’ academic proficiency.
